Payment - a 60% deposit is required with the order, and the entire balance is due prior to shipment. A 15% charge is added for "rush" orders (orders which require delivery within three weeks of order date will be assessed the rush fee). Delayed payment will result in delayed delivery.
Please note on rush orders, we are not responsible for the item once it is shipped, delayed delivers which result from the Postal Service or Carrier (UPS, FedEx) are not our responsibility.
Alterations - We make special effort to assure correct fit. Due to variations in patterns, materials, stitching technique, and body shape, alterations may be necessary.
Our responsibility for alterations is void if measurements have changed, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. After seven (7) days, alterations and shipping will be charged to the customer.
Length of time required for alterations is dependent of quantity of work in house at the time but when possible will be given priority. On occasion additional alterations are necessary to assure the desired fit. Should for any reason a garment require a complete remake the original garment will be re-sold.
Warranty – We make every effort to ensure all merchandise to be free from defects in materials or workmanship, however, our garments are made by human hands here in the United States, not machines; in the event of a defect, Stylishshowman will repair or replace the garment which is returned within thirty (30) days.
All custom orders are non-refundable, to ensure your satisfaction, we allow for the preceding alteration policy, as well as in some instances may issue merchandise credit. Only items in new unused condition (free from stretch, odors (including cigarette odors) and dirt/stains) will be accepted for exchange or credit. If the item has been altered by the customer, then no credit will be given.
